Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Canada.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates:
- Orders under $75: flat rate shipping of $8.95
- Orders $75 and over: free standard shipping
Delivery times: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote or northern locations may experience longer delivery times.
We ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking on all shipments.
Lost or delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at dina@infinityfit.com and we will look into it.
